The first and only female Iron Chef Cat Cora, as well as the only woman to have been inducted into the Culinary Hall of Fame. I was excited, I had a chance to visit her magical restaurant in Singapore called ” Ocean Restaurant by Cat Cora”.

It is located inside the S.E.A. Aquarium so diners can savor a magnificent slow-motion view of the Open Ocean whilst enjoying a truly memorable dining experience.
The deep blue sea colors are just breath-taking, as you may get the same sense of peace that I did when the stingray whizzes by. However, we were a little hesitant to eat seafood in front of the fishes. (If you know what I mean haha)

Braised-Seared Beef Short Rib with a poached barley

New Zealand Sustainable fresh barramundi. I really enjoyed this crispy exterior with tender and juicy fish!

Wow, I love this pear dessert so much! You can savor both the poached pear as well as the truffle and quite a rich cream sorbet! And, check out the hit of gold sparkle!

Overall Impression: It was really mesmerizing to watch giant manta rays, zebra sharks, and giant groupers swimming past at such close range. The experience of dining in Ocean Restaurant is truly magical, service was quite good and overall food didn’t disappoint us.

You can choose to have the 3 Course Set lunch at $55++ per person or order ala carte items with the prices indicated at each category. Note: There is a minimum spending of $38++ per person.

Admission to Ocean Restaurant is via West Zone Carpark, B1M. Diners can park near Equarius Hotel.
